The Convention Committee and the owners of the tour gardens will follow the code of ethics as printed in the AIS Convention Handbook revised 2007.

There is to be absolutely - NO SMOKING - in any of the convention gardens.

There is Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Motel

Friday, June 11th:
7:00 PM - Registration (Pick up Packet)
8:00-10:00 PM  -- Region 13 Board Meeting

Saturday, June 12th: 
5:00 - Sack Breakfast Pickup - or - Continental Breakfast ( To Be Determined)
7:00 A.M. --Board Bus for Garden Tours. 
Iris Auction on the Buses -- About 1 1/4 hours in each garden
There will be about 50 guests plants in each garden plus owners spuria collection.
There will be Two Awards - one for Best Named Guest Variety and
                                            one for Best Seedling (guest and non-guest irises)

8:05 -- Arrive at Tom & Ellen Abrego Garden 
10:15 - Arrive at Dave Silverberg/Nancy Price Garden
11:40 - Lunch - BBQ Ribs
12:40 - Arrive at Will & Tracy Plotner Garden
02:15 - Arrive at Terry & Barbara Aitken Garden

06:00 P.M. -- No Host Bar
07:00 P.M. -- Banquet -- Chicken Marsala

Sunday, June 13th:
8:00-9:00 AM -- Spuria Iris Society Board Meeting - in the Boardroom
8:00-9:00 AM -- Region 13 General Session Meeting - in Meeting Room
9:00-11:00 AM - Judge's Training on Spuria Iris - in Meeting Room
